Service Feedback

Continuing through the pandemic, 2021 was a challenging one for us all.   Therefore, we particularly wanted to thank all who took the time to send us feedback on how we have helped you in your given situation.  Your positive feedback really gives the team a lift, and it is a powerful way for other parent carers or young people to see how we may be able to help them.

We are also thankful for any constructive criticism we received, as this helps us to continue to improve the service for all who access it.
