Education Health & Care Plans

Education Health & Care Plans are also known as EHCPs or EHC Plans. These are given by the Local Authority after an EHC Needs Assessment has taken place and it shows that specialist provision is needed over and above what a mainstream school would be expected to provide from its own resources.
